A farm holiday is always something special for children. In the unusual surroundings every day there is something new to discover and our little guests can’t wait to start new adventures. At the Sieberlechnerhof farm in Luson we have created the ideal conditions in order to turn this family farm holiday in South Tyrol into an unforgettable experience. Our farm lays at an altitude of 850 metres a.s.l. and is surrounded by meadows and woods. Quiet and far away from street noise children can play and have fun in untouched natural surroundings.

A variety ofFamily farm holidays

The Sieberlechnerhof is a traditional South Tyrolean farm with livestock holding. Among the animals that live at the farm there are cows, cats and rabbits. Obviously they enjoy every share of kindness and affection and children can freely take part to the daily working routine at the farm, giving us a concrete help. The most interesting moment during the day is in the evening, at nightfall, because it is more probable to see personally, in their natural habita, wild animals going to the wide meadows close to the farm. With children we can organize expeditions to the near wood and, with a little bit of luck, we will see deer and squirrels.

Family farm holiday:Bricolage afternoons and playground

Your family farm holiday in South Tyrol is going to be a relaxing experience for the whole family members. In case of bad weather we invite our little guests to take part to a bricolage afternoon. We would be pleased to take care of your children, if you have to do shopping or simply want to enjoy some free time. At our farm children find the farm playground with trampoline, slide and swing. Upon request we put at your disposal our baby equipment with high chair and baby bed and we can also agree an eventual pets stay, so that your children must not renounce to their best friends during holiday.

We are happy to take care of your children: in the kids’ corner with crafts and painting; playing outdoors on the playground or during a trip to our forest.The animals in our petting zoo love to be cuddled.

We get together for reading stories, drawing or painting, playing with Lego, puzzles, plasticine, and for crafting with natural materials, paper and others. The offer will be made weekly.

The parents may relax with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, grab a book in the reading corner or rest outside on the sun chairs.

At the playground, children may romp freely. I like to tell the kids about our animals and about the forest; together we discover bugs and butterflies with a magnifying glass, we admire the bee hives and learn how honey is made. Offers are valid up to three times a week and are scheduled spontaneously.
