The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment for 2 persons.  Kids up to 3 years stay with us free of charge. For every additional person we charge 15 €-20/night. The bed couch in the living area offers, if necessary, an additional sleeping accommodation. For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 40 €.

Prices and discounts

For every additional person we charge 15 €-20/night. The bed couch in the living area offers, if necessary, an additional sleeping accommodation.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, TV, electricity and heating, fresh bread delivery and final cleaning.

The  underfloor heating in the whole apartment will grant you a warm temperature during the cold season!

We also offer bread service and a pick-up service within Lüsen.

As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 0,85 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.

Discounts for children

Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Addtional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 40 €.

The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 13. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 12. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10. Other times are possible upon request.

As arrival and departure day Saturday is preferred. You can agree different reservation terms contacting us per telephone, SMS or e-mail.

Our apartments are Non smoking apartments!

Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 70 % of the price of the unused days. To prevent this, please conclude a cancellation protection.

Cancellation unsurance

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 3 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
